Jane H. was born on January 23rd, 1852 in Vinco, Jackson Twp., Cambria Co., PA. Jane H.'s father was Christian Snyder and her mother was Barbara Stiffler. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Stiffler and Nancy Hoover. She had two brothers and five sisters, named John, Henry H., Mary, Nancy, Catherine, Sarah and Susan. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 78 on August 30th, 1930 in Tampa, Hillsborough Co., FL.General Notes
