John SNELLGROVE

John was born in 1738 in Amelia, , Orangeburg, SC.  John's father was Freeman SNELLGROVE.  His paternal grandfather was Henry SNELLGROVE. He had two brothers and a sister, named Edward Freeman, W. Henry and Nancy.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 73 in 1811.
