John SHELDON 
John was born on August 21st, 1718 in South Kingstown, Town S Kingstown, Washington Cnty, Rhode Island. John's father was Isaac SHELDON and his mother was Susannah POTTER. His paternal grandparents were John SHELDON and Deliverance PALMER; his maternal grandparents were Thomas POTTER and Susannah Anthony TRIPP. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Roger, Isaac, Joseph, Palmer Potter Potter, Valmer, Benjamin Gideon, Gideon, Elizabeth, Susannah and Sarah. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 24 on May 27th, 1743 in South Kingstown, Town S Kingstown, Washington Cnty, Rhode Island.
