James A. Rigsby 
James A. was born in July 1863 in , De Kalb, Tennessee. James A.'s father was John D. Rigsby and his mother was Mary Ann Tippeth. His paternal grandparents were John Rigsby and Kiziah Lewis. He had six sisters named Malinda, Nancy D., Harriet C., Melissa, Isabella and Rosie. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 78 on November 23rd, 1941 in Keltonburg, De Kalb, TN.-
