John Henry was born on August 8th, 1867 in , Springville, Utah, Utah. John Henry's father was William ROYLANCE and his mother was Lucy CLUCAS. His paternal grandparents were John ROYLANCE and Mary Ann OAKES; his maternal grandparents were Henry CLUCAS and Elizabeth MARTIN. He had six brothers and three sisters, named William Martin, Heber, Archie Walton, Nephi, Thomas Springer, Frank Emmet, LUCY ELIZABETH, Nellie May and Lillie. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 79 on August 22nd, 1946 in , Gunnison, Sanpete, Utah.General Notes
