Frank Emmet was born on October 20th, 1885 in Springville, Utah, Ut. Frank Emmet's father was William ROYLANCE and his mother was Lucy CLUCAS. His paternal grandparents were John ROYLANCE and Mary Ann OAKES; his maternal grandparents were Henry CLUCAS and Elizabeth MARTIN. He had six brothers and three sisters, named William Martin, John Henry, Heber, Archie Walton, Nephi, Thomas Springer, LUCY ELIZABETH, Nellie May and Lillie.
