Joseph RIGGS

Joseph was born on November 18th, 1794 in Library, Allegheny, Pennsylvania. Joseph's father was Edward RIGGS and his mother was Mary HIGBEE. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Edward, Nancy, Eleanor and Mary. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 70 on October 6th, 1865.
