James Polk 
James was born in 1673.1 James' father was Robert De Pollock and his mother is Magdalen Tasker. His paternal grandfather was Robert De Pollock and his paternal grandmother is Jean Crawford. He has six brothers and two sisters, named John, William B., Ephriam, David, Robert, Joseph, Ann and Martha. He is the fourth youngest of the nine children.-
