Thomas Payne

Thomas' father was Josias Payne and his mother is Elizabeth Fleming. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Tarleton, Josias, William, Fleming, Charles Fleming, Sally, Elizabeth and Henrietta. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named George Washington and Anne.
