William Paul 
William was born after 1857. William's father was Frederick H. Paul and his mother is Phebe Ann Cross. His paternal grandparents were John Brumbaugh Paul and Mary Hoover. He has three brothers and a sister, named Benjamin, David, Joseph and Mary M.. He is the second oldest of the five children.-
