Susanna was born on January 8th, 1786 in , Maryland. Susanna's father was George BRUMBAUGH and her mother was Susanna METZGAR. Her paternal grandparents are Johannes Heinrich BRUMBAUGH and Johannes Henrick Brumbaugh UNKNOWN; her maternal grandparents were Johann Valentin METZGER and Catherine UNKNOWN. She had six brothers and six sisters, named John, George, Jacob, Henry, Isaac, Henry, Catharine, Elizabeth, Christina, Mary, Barbara and Nancy. She was the third oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 61 on July 12th, 1847 in Morrison Cove, Pa.. She was buried in Piney Creek, Blair, Pennsylvania.General Notes
