Charles POLKE

Charles was born in Whitehall, Somerset Co., , Md.. Charles' father was William B. POLK and his mother was Nancy Knox. His paternal grandparents were Robert Bruce POLK (POLLOCK) and Magdalen (Porter) TASKER; his maternal grandparents are John Knox and Sarah UNKNOWN. He had four brothers and two sisters, named James, David, William, Thomas, Elizabeth and Jane. He died on March 19th, 1753 in , Frederick Co., Md.
