William Preston PHILLIPS 
William Preston was born on September 5th, 1851. William Preston's father was Thomas PHILLIPS and his mother was Henrietta HENDERSON. His paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named Hardin Alonzo, David Brandon, Thomas Wilson, John Madison, Eugene, Betty Izora, Mary Dorothy, Sarah Isabel, Laura Jane, Lou Minnie, Ada and Mattie. He is the second oldest of the thirteen children.-
