Josias PAYNE 
Josias was born on October 30th, 1705 in Northam, Goochland, Virginia. Josias' father was George PAYNE and his mother was Mary Payne WOODSON. His maternal grandparents were Robert Col WOODSON and Elizabeth FERRIS. He had four brothers named John, George, Robert and John. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 78 in March 1784 in Possibly, Goochland, Va. He was buried in , Pittsylvania, Virginia.General Notes
