Ruby Macel was born on December 9th, 1908 in Black Betsey, Putnam County, West Virginia. Ruby Macel's father was William Lawrence Null and her mother was Sarah Jane Hopkins. Her paternal grandparents were William Philip Null and Rebecca Caroline Cox. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Harry Delbert, Charles Earl, William Edward, Lester Clarence, Anna Mae, Avlee, Ethel Marie, Virginia Pauline and Betty Jane. She was the second oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 63 on February 16th, 1972 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was buried on February 19th, 1972.-
