John McKee 
John was born on November 15th, 1819.1 John's father was Robert McKee and his mother was Letitia\Lutitia McKee. His paternal grandparents were David MCKEE and Ann Dunlap; his maternal grandfather was John * McKee and his maternal grandmother is Mary "Polly" Pattan. He had two brothers and three sisters, named James Barber, William Watson, Mary Ann, Margaret Elizabeth and Sarah Amanda. He was the second oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Joseph Newton, Robert, William Patton, Letitia, Miriam, Jane and Nancy Melisse. He died at the age of 53 on September 20th, 1873 in Madison Co., IL.2 -
