James Mcnaer MURFIN 
James Mcnaer was born on December 29th, 1877 in <Mifflin County, Pa>. James Mcnaer's father was Samuel Murfin and his mother was Sara Jane COPENHAVER. His paternal grandparents were Samuel J. MURFIN and Catharine Mcnear HUMPHREY; his maternal grandparents were JOHN COPENHAVER and SUSAN BUCKLEY. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named John Howard, William Calvin, Francis Vernon, Ralph Pomeroy, Isabelle, Eva Blanche, Anna Margaret, Dora Ellen, Clara Etta, Catherine Rebecca and Alda Bertha. He was the second oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 70 on July 9th, 1948.General Notes
