Sarah Sophronia was born on April 30th, 1833 in Charleston, Kan., Wv. Sarah Sophronia's father was Caleb Lacy and her mother was Lucy Lydia Horton. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Lacy and Zilpha UNKNOWN; her maternal grandfather was William B. HORTON and her maternal grandmother is Nancy Anne CAMPBELL. She had a brother and seven sisters, named Wade Henry, Azelphia, Nancy Emeline, Deliah Ann, Mary Elizabeth, Lydia Catherine, Rosana (Rosemarie) and Rosetta. She was the third youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 72 on May 2nd, 1905 in Charleston, Kan., Wv.General Notes
