Lydia Catherine was born about 1830 in , Kanawha, Wv. Lydia Catherine's father was Caleb Lacy and her mother was Lucy Lydia Horton. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Lacy and Zilpha UNKNOWN; her maternal grandfather was William B. HORTON and her maternal grandmother is Nancy Anne CAMPBELL. She had a brother and seven sisters, named Wade Henry, Azelphia, Nancy Emeline, Deliah Ann, Mary Elizabeth, Sarah Sophronia, Rosana (Rosemarie) and Rosetta. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She died in February 1906 in , Kanawha, West Virginia.General Notes
