Alexander Hamilton Jordan

Alexander Hamilton was born on April 29th, 1829.  Alexander Hamilton's father was German Jordan and his mother was Rebecca Reid.  His paternal grandparents are Samuel Jordan and Annis Comer; his maternal grandparents are Thomas Reid and Nancy Forbes. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named James Thomas, John Forbes, William Orr, Edwin Clarendon, Robert Merton, German Nicholas, Branch, Charles Henry Dr., Nancy and Rebecca.  He is the third youngest of the eleven children.
