Jacob Johnson 
Jacob was born on April 17th, 1778 in Raleigh, Wake Co., NC. Jacob's father was Andrew Johnson and his mother was Hannah Henckel. His paternal grandparents were Arthur JOHNSON and Margaret Phares; his maternal grandparents were Johann Justus "Jost" HENCKEL and Mary Margaret Eschmann. He had five brothers and a sister, named John, Robert, Charles, Oliver, Levi and Margaret. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 33 on January 4th, 1812.-
