Lafayette Ivie 
Lafayette was born on September 19th, 1874 in Scipio, Millard, Utah, USA. Lafayette's father was Richard Anderson Ivie and his mother was Hannah Marie Smith. His paternal grandparents were James Russell Ivie and Eliza Mckee FAUSETT. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Joseph Alma, Jefferson D., Willard, Thomas Isaac, Asa, Parley Pratt, Seymour M., Richard M., Mary Alice and Eliza Jane. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He had seven half-brothers and four half-sisters, named James Thomas, Joseph Richard, John Anderson, Benjamin Martin, David Martin, Peter Richard, Elmer Paul, Louisa Marie, Eliza, Elizabeth Ann and Mary Elizabeth. He died at the age of 70 on December 2nd, 1944 in Mackay, Custer, Idaho. He was buried in December 1944 in Mackay, Custer, Idaho.General Notes
