Christian Hoover 
Christian was born after 1830. Christian's father was John Puderbaugh Hoover and his mother was Christina Brumbaugh Hoover. His paternal grandparents were Jonathan HOOVER and Elizabeth PUTERBAUGH; his maternal grandparents were John Hoover and Elizabeth Brumbaugh. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Isaac, John Hoover, Martin C., Christianna, Elizabeth, Esther and Harriet. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died after 1845.-
