Martha Ann was born on December 17th, 1829 in Hickory Creek-Mcminnville, Warren, Tennessee. Martha Ann's father is Eli William HAMBY and her mother is SARAH LEWIS. She had three brothers and two sisters, named EPHRAIM L., WILLIAM Harrison, ELI WASHINGTON, Clarissa MATILDA and SARAH EMALINE. She was the youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 30 in May 1860.
