John B was born in 1697 in Taunton, Bristol, Ma. John B's father was Abraham HATHAWAY and his mother was Rebecca WILBOR (PIERCE). His paternal grandparents were John (Nicholas) HATHAWAY and Martha SHEPHARD; his maternal grandparents were Shadrach WILBUR (WILBORE) and Mary DEAN (DEANE) (DANE). He had nine brothers and a sister, named Abraham, Thomas, Shadrack, Ebenezer, Samuel, John, Benjamin, Eleazer, Jacob and Rebecca. He died at the age of 35 on November 7th, 1732 in Taunton, Bristol, Mass.. He was buried in September 1733 in Dighton, Fox Cem, Bristol, Massachusetts.General Notes
