Phoebe GRUBB 
Phoebe was born on March 4th, 1695 in Upland, Chstr., Va. Phoebe's father was John "Immigrant" GRUBB and her mother was Frances VANE. Her paternal grandparents were John GRUBBE and Helen VIVIAN; her maternal grandparents were Henry Sir VANE and Frances WRAY. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Emanuel, John, Joseph, Henry, Samuel, Nathaniel, Richard, Peter, Phebe, Charity and Hannah. She died at the age of 74 on March 4th, 1769 in New Castle, Chester, Pa. She was buried on March 6th, 1769.General Notes
