John "Immigrant" was born on April 20th, 1652 in Of Truro Or, Stroke Climsland, Cornwall, Eng.  John "Immigrant"'s father was John GRUBBE and his mother was Helen VIVIAN. He had two brothers named Henry and Willmot.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 55 on March 10th, 1708 in Grubb Road, Wilmington, Chester Co, Del.  He was buried on March 12th, 1708 in St. Martins, Grubb Rd., Arden, De.


John "Immigrant"'s family with Frances VANE

‌John "Immigrant" and Frances were married in a religious ceremony in March 1708 in Marcus Hook, Dlwr, Pa.  They had eight sons and four daughters, named Emanuel, John, Joseph, Henry, Samuel, Nathaniel, Richard, Peter, Phebe, Charity, Phoebe and Hannah.
