Esley Milton Foster

Esley Milton was born on January 18th, 1825 in , Monroe, Va. Esley Milton's father was John Alexander Foster and his mother was Mary Skaggs. His paternal grandparents were Bedford Addison Foster and Elizabeth Lisay Cornwell. He had two brothers named James Ellison and Addison Bedford. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 39 on September 4th, 1864.
