Mary Edna (Polly) was born in 1805 in Tenn.. Mary Edna (Polly)'s father was Antony Epperson and her mother was Ellender Divers. Her paternal grandparents were Anthony Epperson and Susannah Holland. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Essex, Aphrey, Peter, Ananias, Silas Anthony, James, Smithfield F., Elizabeth, Sarah and Phebe. She was the oldest of the eleven children. She died about 1865 in Missouri.-
