Daniel Dilling 
Daniel was born on October 22nd, 1845. Daniel's father was Jacob Dilling and his mother was Susanna\Susannah Hoover. His maternal grandparents were Frederick Hoover and Catharine BRUMBAUGH. He had seven brothers and four sisters, and also two siblings of unknown gender, named George, Jacob, David, Henry, Frederick, William, John, Elizabeth, Catherine, Christina, Anna, UNKNOWN and UNKNOWN. He was the youngest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 41 on August 26th, 1887 in Hagerstown, Wayne Co., IN. He was buried in Hagerstown, Wayne Co., IN.1 1 -
