Anne was born on December 27th, 1390 in New Forest, West Maeth, Ireland.1   Anne's father was Roger IV De Mortimer and her mother was Eleanor (Alianore) De HOLAND.  Her paternal grandparents were Edmund De Mortimer and Phillipa Plantagenet; her maternal grandparents were Thomas de Holand and Alice Fitzalan of Arundel. She had four half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Edmund, Henry, Humphreys, Thomas, Joyce, Alice, Anne, Constrance and Margaret.  She died at the age of 20 in September 1411.  She was buried in , Langley, Hertfordshire, England.

‌Anne and Richard were married in a religious ceremony about June 1408 in Of.1   They had a son and a daughter, named Richard and Isabel.
