Robert DESHA

Robert was born in 1776 in , Monroe, Pa.  Robert's father was Robert DESHA and his mother is Eleanor WHEELER.  His paternal grandparents are Robert DESHA and Mary Elizabeth EVERFIELDT; his maternal grandparents were Joseph WHEELER and Maria Holmes. He had six brothers and five sisters, named John, Benjamin, Robert, Joseph Holmes, James, Benjamin II, Nancy, Eleanor "Nelly", Mary "Polly", Phoebe Ann and Elizabeth "Betsy".  He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 73 in 1849.
