Henry Chapin

Henry was born on May 4th, 1765 in MENDON,WORCESTER CO.,MASSACHUSETTS. Henry's father was Gershom Chapin and his mother was Deborah Holbrook. His maternal grandfather is William Holbrook and his maternal grandmother was Hopestill Read. He has two brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Phineas, Betty, Lois and Mary. He is the second oldest of the six children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William, Joseph, Martha, Mary and Deborah.
