Rice COFFEY 
Rice was born in April 1766 in , Albemarle Co, Va. Rice's father was James COFFEY and his mother was Elizabeth CLEVELAND. His paternal grandparents were John COFFEY and Jane(Jean) GRAVES; his maternal grandparents were Alexander CLEVELAND and Mildred PRESLEY. He had nine brothers and five sisters, named John, Archelious, Archelaus, Reuben, Ambrose, Eli, Joel, Lewis Russell, James, Martha, (Miss), Elizabeth, Elizabeth and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 87 on July 24th, 1853 in Wartrace, Bedford Co., Tn. He was buried in , Wartrace, Bedford, Tennessee.General Notes
