William CLANCY

William was born about 1760 in Of, Botetourt, Virginia. William's father is James CLANCY and his mother is Phebe CLANCY. He had a brother and six sisters, named James, Sarah, Phoebe, Mary, Elanore, Margaret and Cathorine. He is the oldest of the eight children.
