Phoebe CLANCY

Phoebe was born about 1763 in Of, Botetourt, Virginia. Phoebe's father is James CLANCY and her mother is Phebe CLANCY. She had two brothers and five sisters, named William, James, Sarah, Mary, Elanore, Margaret and Cathorine. She is the third oldest of the eight children.
