Wiley CARTER 
Wiley was born in 1798 in Columbia, Georgia. Wiley's father was James CARTER and his mother was Eleanor DUCKWORTH. His paternal grandfather was Kindred CARTER; his maternal grandparents were Jeremiah DUCKWORTH and Christiana RAMSEY. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Felix, George W., James D., Littleberry, Epsey, Keziah, Marina and Martha. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 66 on March 4th, 1864 in Schley, Georgia. He was buried in Carter Fam. Cem, Schley, Georgia.General Notes
