Robert Boatman 
Robert was born about 1809 in , Grainger, Tennessee. Robert's father is William Boatman and his mother was Elizabeth "Betsy" HOWELL. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin Henry HOWELL and Elizabeth BROOKS. He has four brothers and two sisters, named John W., William B., George Washington, Andrew, Mary Ann and Tempy Demarius. He is the oldest of the seven children.-
