Garrett Bewley

Garrett was born on July 30th, 1905 in Lodi, Marion Co., Texas. Garrett's father was James Holbert Bewley and his mother was Addie Lou Garrett. His paternal grandparents were John Wesley Bewley and Rutha Hathaway. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Reuben, John Amos, Wesley, Era, Ruth, Elizabeth and Anise. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Arthur and Ady Octavy. He died at the age of 86 on May 26th, 1992 in Amarillo, Potter Co., Texas.
