David Lester BINGHAM 
David Lester was born on May 19th, 1875 in Bennington, Bear Lake, Idaho. David Lester's father was Alonzo BINGHAM and his mother was Sarah THORN. His paternal grandparents were Reuben BINGHAM and Sarah Susannah MARKS. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named William Reuben, Charles Alonzo, Asahel (Ashel), Joseph, Isaac, Richard, Hyrum Smith, Alexander, Lydia Ann, Lois Melissa, Nancy Adeline and Effie (Or Effa). He was the third youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 70 on November 23rd, 1945.General Notes
