Elizabeth was born in 1688 in Chester Co., Pennsylvania. Elizabeth's father was Edward BEESON and her mother was Rachel "Immigrant" PENNINGTON. Her paternal grandfather was Thomas BEESON and her paternal grandmother is Ann PECKE; her maternal grandparents were Isaac PENNINGTON and Mary Penington Penington PROUDE. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Isaac, William, Edward, Richard, William, Isaac, Ann, Rachel, Ann and Mrs. Elizabeth. She is the fifth oldest of the eleven children.General Notes
