Wilson Neal was born on November 29th, 1919. Wilson Neal's father was William Hall BASS and his mother is Hattie Christine BRYAN. His paternal grandfather was Elias BASS and his paternal grandmother is Coley Ann MASSEY; his maternal grandfather was Wilson Turner BRYAN and his maternal grandmother is Margaret PATTON. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Hugh Elliott, Chester Ray, Fred Bryan, Vaud Berry, Coley Alline and Clara Pauline. He is the youngest of the seven children.-
