William Shelah BASS 
William Shelah was born on May 27th, 1849. William Shelah's father was Robert BASS and his mother was Malissa PHILLIPS. His maternal grandfather was William PHILLIPS and his maternal grandmother is Nancy WATERS. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Randolph Cheek, Wilson Turner, Jonas Dayton, Richard Lee, Horace, Marinda, Nancy Doke, Florence, Marietta, Cora Emily and Roberta. He was the oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 44 on February 9th, 1894.-
