Matilda Jane BARTON

Matilda Jane was born on June 15th, 1825 in Lebanon, S-Clr, Il.  Matilda Jane's father was John BARTON and her mother was Sally (Sarah) PENN. She had five brothers and four sisters, named William, John Westly, Joseph Penn, Stephen Smith, John Samuel, Elizabeth, Julia King, Sarah Penn and Eliza Ann.  She was the fourth oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 43 on June 22nd, 1868 in St. Clair Co., Il.  She was buried in , , St. Clair Co., Il.
