Mary Jane ALLISON

Mary Jane was born on May 4th, 1828 in , , Tennessee. Mary Jane's father was Robert ALLISON and her mother was Nancy Thaxton. Her paternal grandparents were John ALLISON and Mary SHAW; her maternal grandfather was John Thomas Thaxton and her maternal grandmother is Rachel Brooks. She had five brothers and six sisters, named John Wesley, James Wilburn, Drury King, Robert Asbury, Joseph Eli, Elizabeth Ann, Rachel Caroline, Amanda Matilda, Harriett Emily, Hily Almedia and Nancy Narcisse Irvin. She is the second oldest of the twelve children.
