Matilda Plantagenet 
Matilda was born in 1156 in London, Middlesex, England and her baptism took place in Aldgate, London, Middlesex, England.1 Matilda's father was Henry Plantagenet and her mother was Eleanor UNKNOWN. Her paternal grandparents were Geoffrey Plantagenet and Matilda Beauclerc; her maternal grandparents were William UNKNOWN and Aenor De Chatellerault. She had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Henry, Richard, Geoffrey, John, Eleanor and Joanna. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William, Geoffrey, Miss, Marie and Alix. She died at the age of 25 in 1181 in Brunswick, Germany.
