Ramón was born in 1005 in Barcelona, Spain.1 Ramón's father was Ramón Borrel Berengar and his mother was Ermenside De Carcassonne. His paternal grandparents were Borrel De Urgel and Luitgarde De Toulouse; his maternal grandparents were Roger De Foix and Adelaide De Rouegue Pons. He had three sisters named Godeheut, Adelaide Estafania and Berenguela. He had a half-sister named Senegunde Von. He died at the age of 30 on March 31st, 1035 in Barcelona, Valencia, Spain. He was buried in Santa Maria DE Ripoll.1 1 General Notes
