Eon La was born about 1244 in <, Ashby de La Zouch, Leicester, England>.1   Eon La's father was Alan de la Zouche and his mother was Ellen de Quincy. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Roger la, William la, Alan la, Oliver la, Henry la, Helene la, Maude la and Mary La.  He was the third oldest of the nine children.  He died before June 25th, 1299 in , Harringworth, Northampton, England.1
