Candace Yakes 
Candace was born in 1876.1 Candace's father was Hiram Yake. Her paternal grandparents were Michael Yakes and Jane VanZandt. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Alfred, Elmer E., Edward Edwin G., Leonard, Allison Corles, Ida E., Elsie A. and Clara. She was the second youngest of the nine children. Candace is no longer alive.1 -
