Gruffydd LLewellyn King of was born about 1011 in Rhuddlan, Flintshire, Wales.1   Gruffydd LLewellyn King of's father was Llewellyn Ap Seisyll and his mother was Angharad Verch Maredudd.  His paternal grandparents were Seisyll Ap Ednywain and Trawst Ferch Eliseg; his maternal grandparents were King Of Deheubert Maredudd and Unknown Unknown. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Caradog, Rhiwallon Ap, Bleddyn Ap, Iwerydd Verch, Nn.Verch and Cynfyn's.  He died on August 5th, 1063 in slain.1

‌Gruffydd LLewellyn King of and Ealdgyth Queen Of were married in a religious ceremony in 1057 in ENGLAND.1   They had two sons and a daughter, named Griffith ap Llewllyn Prince of North, Maredudd ap Gruffydd King of and Nesta.
